Philosophy
Kinder Bright is a professional, licensed, in-home, childcare and preschool facility situated in Fremont, California. Kinder Bright is the brainchild of owner-director, Alpa Palan. Ms. Palan has an educational background in Early Childhood Studies and is a certified pre-school teacher with 12+ years of experience in the childcare field. She also has extensive experience in the Maria Montessori method of teaching, which prioritizes a child’s natural development.
At Kinder Bright children are given the freedom to reach their potential through creative, age-appropriate, self-directed activities, hands-on learning, and collaborative play. Additionally, Ms. Palan has a background in creative design, which enables her to bring creativity into every aspect of Kinder Bright’s environment. The children’s indoor learning area is colorfully designed and filled with eye-catching and inspirational learning and play materials. Children are exposed to a multitude of creative activities such as games, music, art, yoga, stories, each involving kinesthetic, auditory, and visual learning styles The safe and secure outdoor play area is a natural extension of the children’s learning where valuable physical and social skills are gained and reinforced.
Being a parent herself, Ms. Palan recognizes the importance of having a safe, secure, loving, and state-of-the-art, home-based childcare facility where children can learn, grown, gain valuable social skills, and develop into healthy, confident, and independent individuals.

Our facility is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for Full-Time enrollees.
